  1. Seriously, maybe it’s time for the Nickolsberger Rebbe, or some other oheiv Yisroel, to renovate and reJEWvinate this shul/neighborhood as well.

  2. It’s so sad to see that prominent building just stand there CLOSED because the demographics changed and Glen Wild is no longer inhabited by Yidden. That was where the famous Zucker’s Hotel stood and ממילא it attracted vacationers aside from the year-rounders. All that has ended and the beautiful Shul is בדד-desolate!
Why wouldn’t it attract graffiti and other acts of desecration – it’s just calling out to trouble makers to come and have fun!
    Sad!

  3. This and every other abandoned shul/beis medrash etc. should be torn down once it becomes clear they are no longer needed. They are magnets for anti-Semitic graffiti and such vandalism left uncleaned encourages others to go out and deface actively used buildings

  4. Let me clarify all your misconceptions regarding this shul. I own it. It is not abandoned. I did the graffiti. It is not desecration nor anti-semetic….just anti-Trump. I purchased this shul from the original Congregation Anshei, who are friends and neighbors. It is now called THE OLD SHUL FOR SOCIAL SCULPTURE and will feature world class artists and their work. Shanda on those of you who talk (or write) before you think. I engage the Jewish community and welcome all rational discussion concerning the our little piec of heaven.

  5. If you are anti Trump, you are anti Jewish. His kids are Jewish and he is the most pro Jewish President in American history.
