700 mispallalim arrived in fourteen buses at Kever Yosef in PA (Palestinian Authority) occupied Shechem on the night of 19 Elul (Wednesday to Thursday) ahead of Rosh Hashanah. As in other recent approved visits, the mispallalim and IDF soldiers were attacked by PA residents with rocks and firebombs. B’chasdei Hashem no one was killed or injured.

The IDF spokesman unit reported that in addition to soldiers taking part in the escort operation at the tziyun there were border police, Shai district police and agents of the Civil Administration.
