Some 800 mispallalim arrived at Kever Yosef on the night of 13 Kislev (Monday to Tuesday) in PA (Palestinian Authority) occupied Shechem. The visit was coordinated with the IDF and soldiers and border police were on hand for the protection of the visitors.

Despite Oslo Agreement clauses guaranteeing Jews “free access” to this and other holy sites, PA residents were out late at night to attack the mispallalim. Rocks and bottles were flying. Security forces responded and the mispallalim were able to continue in safety. B’chasdei Hashem there were no injuries.
