Bomb Threats Called in At Multiple Jewish Community Centers In At least 4 States

btMultiple Jewish Community Centers across the U.S. were evacuated Tuesday.

Among those evacuated were:

Sidney Albert Albany Jewish Community Center in Albany, New York
JCC of Greater New Haven in Woodbridge, Connecticut
The Lawrence Family JCC in San Diego
Boulder Jewish Community Center in Boulder, Colorado

The evacuations are part of a pattern that has been seen across the United States in recent weeks.

As YWN had reported, close to 20 JCC’s were evacuated in nine states on Jan. 9.

On Jan 18 around 28 JCC’s in 17 states received threats.

All threats are taken seriously, and police search every building with bomb-sniffing dogs and the bomb squad. So far, no threats have been found credible after searching.

  1. I hope the police/fbi, etc. are putting tracers on these calls to determine points of origin. These sound like one person using a phone, or a small group coordinating. Go get them, and make them pay for the affects financially, emotionally, and criminally.

  2. It could very well be Isis or terrorists from other countries. Unfort… There’s not much that can be done but to take it seriously.
