The Movement for Quality Government (MQG) has petitioned the High Court of Justice against the appointment of Avigdor Lieberman as foreign minister due to the police investigations against him.
The petition also makes mention of the fact that a member of Yisrael Beitenu will serve as minister of public security, directly responsible for Israel Police, which is problematic since Lieberman is under investigation, facing allegations of many serious white collar crimes.
