The levaya of Mr. Herzl Shaul took place on Sunday, 2 Rosh Chodesh Elul after he was niftar before Shabbos of a difficult illness. Mr. Shaul was the father of IDF Sgt. Oren Shaul HY”D, who fell in the line of duty during Operation Protective Edge in Gaza and his body, along with that of Lt. Hadar Goldin HY”D, were abducted by Hamas terrorists.

The video contains the eulogy (in Hebrew) delivered by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. Mr. Netanyahu explains he, the government and IDF remain committed to the return of the remains of the two soldiers for kvura in Israel.
