Two car bombs have exploded in Algiers, killing at least 50 people and wounding many others. One bomb outside an office of the UN�refugee agency, and the other near Algeria’s constitutional court. Al least 10 UN members have been killed – and more than a dozen are missing. There has been no claim of responsibility for the bombings.
