Rosh Yeshivah HaGaon HaRav Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi went to be menachem avel the Paley family on Tuesday evening.
As the Rosh Yeshivah was unable to go up to the apartment, the members of the family came down to the car.
“What wonderful children you are,” the Rosh Yeshivah said to Tzviki and Moishe. “The Ribbono shel Olam will help you that you’ll grow up to be Gedolei Yisrael mamash and you shouldn’t know any more tzaros.”
The Rosh Yeshivah burst into tears and added: “How we’re mitztaeir from your tragedy. I can’t bear your tragedy.”
Afterward, the grandfather, HaRav Shmuel Paley, the Rosh Yeshiva of Beis Shmayah, came to the car. The Rosh Yeshivah began crying again and could barely speak. “HaMakom should comfort you. Only HaMakom can comfort you.”
The Rosh Yeshivah also spoke to the mother Devorah Paley and wished her husband a refuah sheleimah.

we need mashiach very badly. our generation is going through a lot of tzaros
@get it straight, of course we want Moshiach and yes, we are going through terrible tzaros. But many generations of Yidden have gone through terrible tzaros from the time of the Churban and even before. What about blood libels, inquisitions, numerous terrible pogroms, Churban Europe, many years of terrorism, etc. etc.? The news is heartbreaking, but unfortunately nothing new. Yes, we need Moshiach, but that’s not new either.
Wanting Moshiach because of Tzaros is OK, I guess, but is that what the ribbono shel olam wants? When things are hunky dory, we dont want moshiach, we are happy with our galus?
