Eduardo Domingo Renoj-Matu, aka �Turko�, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, residing in Los Angeles, a sanctuary city, was arrested and charged by the DOJ for allegedly leading a major U.S. human smuggling operation that illegally brought about 20,000 Guatemalans into the country between�2019�and�2024.
