Former French president Nicolas Sarkozy reported to La Santé Prison in Paris on Monday to begin serving a five-year sentence. Sarkozy, who led France from 2007 to 2012, was convicted for his involvement in a plot to secure illegal campaign financing from Libya during his 2007 election bid.
