IDF OCT 7 ACCOUNTABILITY DEVELOPMENTS: Former Aman chief Maj. Gen. (res.) Aharon Haliva did not appear today for the meeting he was summoned to at IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir’s office, saying he could attend at a later coordinated time.

The IDF is still expected to publish likely very soon the personal conclusions delivered to officers in recent hours.

Maj. Gen. Shlomi Binder (left), head of Military Intelligence and Operations Division commander on October 7, received a command remark and will not be dismissed.

Maj. Gen. Oded Basiuk (right), who headed the Operations Branch on October 7, was dismissed from reserve service.
