A tractor-trailer driver was charged with reckless driving after a fiery crash on the I-95 near VA-288 in Chesterfield County yesterday.

The tanker driver, Charles Elliot, 38, of Maryland, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The truck was carrying lime at the time of the crash.

He faces reckless-driving charges, and the incident remains under investigation.
