🚨 IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip received a casket a short time ago containing what appears to be the body of a slain hostage, after it was transferred to them by the Red Cross.

The IDF will now conduct an initial inspection of the casket before draping it with an Israeli flag. A brief ceremony led by a military rabbi is expected to take place at the scene.

From there, the remains will be transported to the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute in Tel Aviv for formal identification.
