NYPD Det. First Grade Michael Greaney heroically saved a choking infant Wednesday morning on the Bronx River Parkway after spotting a car speeding on the shoulder. The frantic driver told him, �My baby�s choking,� prompting Greaney to grab the infant and perform back blows until her airway cleared.
