Border Police Arrest Palestinian Suspect for Lowering Girl Over Jerusalem Separation Barrier

Footage shows a Palestinian suspect lifting a small girl over the separation barrier near Jerusalem, tying her to a rope, and lowering her down to the other side. Border Police officers from the Jerusalem unit arrested the suspect, a 29-year-old man from the village of A-Ram.
