UPDATE – SPRING VALLEY: Buildings on Union Road have been cleared after the reported bomb threat was determined to be a false call. Spring Valley Police Department are now seeking a person of interest believed to have made the false report, with investigators saying the caller was in the Spring Valley area at the time. Spring Valley Police are being assisted by the Ramapo Police Department and the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office as the investigation continues.
