DHS tells Fox News an ICE agent saved the life of a 1-year-old boy at JFK Airport after the child became unresponsive and stopped breathing while waiting in a TSA line. The agent assessed the situation and performed the Heimlich maneuver, after which the child began breathing again and made a full recovery.
