A combined Iranian-Hezbollah rocket barrage struck central and northern Israel late Monday morning, setting off rocket alert sirens from Netanya to the Galil.
There were reports of multiple impact sites in the Haifa area, including an impact at the Bazan oil refinery complex.
The impact caused a fire to break out at the complex. Firefighters are currently fighting the flames in the area. The impacts in other parts of Haifa caused extensive damage, including the collapse of a building’s roof and power outages.
There was also a direct hit on a residential building in Shefar’am, an Arab city in northern Israel. At least two people were injured, one seriously.

At least one of the rockets carried a cluster warhead missile, causing the multiple impact sites in Haifa.
The barrage from Lebanon, which reached as far south as Herzliya, included about 10 rockets. Some rockets were intercepted or fell in open areas.
