An Israeli truck driver has been charged with contacting an Iranian agent and sending sensitive footage and locations of strategic sites across Israel during the war with Iran, according to an indictment.
Prosecutors said Ahmad Daas, 27, documented locations including Ashdod Port, a power station in Ashdod, the Israel Aerospace Industries building, a police station and an IDF base. He allegedly showed the agent where missiles should be launched during video calls.
According to prosecutors, the Iranian agent offered to pay Daas for the missions, but he allegedly refused because he was acting out of ideological motives.
