UPDATE: The fire at Cohler Fuel Oil near 14th Avenue and 40th Street was upgraded to a 2nd alarm fire as FDNY firefighters battled heavy flames and smoke conditions throughout the building. The flames have since been knocked down. Sources tell Boro Park Scoop that one person was transported by Boro Park Hatzolah for smoke inhalation. FDNY Hazmat units are also responding due to the fuel-related nature of the incident.
