The Lakewood Vaad comes out in support of incumbent Lakewood Committeewoman Deborah Fuentes and Moshe Raitzik, who is currently serving as Fire Commissioner, for seats on the Lakewood Township Committee. Early voting in the Republican primary began today. Primary Day is June 2.

as a long time lkwd resident ive come to realize the vaad is the political arm of BMG they are only looking for candidates who will vote along “party lines”= whats good for BMG not necessarily whats good for the rest of the town
the other frum candidate on the slate has his own mind and opinion and wont always vote along party lines if he thinks its not good for the town hence the VAAD isnt backing him but rather support a lo miselunu instead
