President Trump told Fox News that Iranian officials contacted him while he was in the Situation Room and asked that the U.S. stop its bombing campaign.

According to Trump, U.S. forces fired 49 Tomahawk missiles at targets in Iran, including sites near the Strait of Hormuz, targeting air defense systems and radar installations.

Asked what would happen if Iran refuses to sign an agreement, Trump responded: “We’ll bomb them again tomorrow night.”
