The investigation into the training accident in the IDF�s Tzeilim base that led to the death of Nachal Chareidi Captain Yishai Russels z�l has resulted in the expulsion of six officers from the IDF.

Investigators presented IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-General Gadi Eizenkott with their findings, and the IDF commander decided to dismiss six officers from military service as a result. Among the officers ousted is the commander of the 75th Battalion, his deputy, and a deputy company commander.
