In yet another tragic murder in Eretz Yisrael r”l, the partially composed body was found handcuffed in the Beit Dagan area on erev shabbos by a tow truck driver, who notified police. The body was discovered in an abandoned building.

Reports indicate that after the gag order on the case is lifted, the result will be nationwide outrage, particularly in the chareidi community.
