Kiryat Arba resident 51-year-old Shmuel Ben-Yisrael was indicted on charges of incitement in the Jerusalem Magistrate�s Court on Monday. The charges pertain to his eviction from Gilad Farm in Shomron about a year ago, when he commented on security forces calling them the �Ishmael Defense Forces�, adding
we wish they all become the next Gilad Shalit and are slaughtered�.

The indictment makes mention of a subsequent interview Ben-Yishai gave to Arutz-7 in which he clarified his remarks, explaining they do not pertain to the entire IDF but only to soldiers who took part in the 2005 implementation of the so-called Disengagement Plan.
