A beautiful Sefer Torah, dedicated by talmidim and friends of Rabbi Mosheh Twersky, ztvkl, will bebrought to its new home at Yeshivas Toras Moshe in Yerushalayim on Wednesday, 2 Sivan, June 8. RabbiTwersky, a revered and beloved rebbi in the Yeshiva, was one of the kedoshim murdered in the Har Nofshul massacre in November of 2014. Just two weeks after Rabbi Twerskys petirah, the Rosh Yeshiva ofToras Moshe, Rabbi Moshe Meiselman, announced the kesivah of a Sefer Torah lilui nishmas RabbiTwersky at a somber Yeshiva Dinner gathering in New York. The project quickly gained momentum astalmidim and others from around the world dedicated chumashim, parshiyos, and osiyos. A memorableSiyum Sefer Torah was held in New York last fall, as the final osiyos of the Torah were completed amidemotional singing and dancing. Now the Sefer Torah will complete the final portion of its journey, as it isjoyously escorted into the Yeshivas Beis Medrash, days before Klal Yisroel celebrates Kabbolas HaTorah.

Tefiras Hayerios of the Sefer Torah, the final sewing of the Torahs klaf, will be held at the Twersky homein Har Nof. A procession through the streets of Yerushalayim will begin at the entrance of SanhedriaMurchevet and continue until Yeshivas Toras Moshe (Sanhedria Murchevet 112). Music and dancing atthe Yeshiva will accompany the Sefer Torah into the Aron Kodesh. A seudas mitzvah in Ulamei Tamir(Kvish Ramot Yerushalayim) will follow.

This simcha shel mitzvah will truly be an aliyah to Rav Twerskys neshama, and will bring nechama to hismishpacha and talmidim.
