Two people drowned at the Chadera Beach on Shabbos, with MDA medics pronouncing one of them dead R”L.  In a separate incident, three people were evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Chadera after being rescued from drowning at Caesarea’s Hofshanit Beach.
