Is there a difference between Bitachon and Emunah? Maybe one of our resident talmidei chachamim can answer. Or the YWN Editor who knows all and sees all 😉
Dont forget. He’s not God.
No, but I figure if I mention his name he might comment.
Then if people see he has posted on this thread, they will be curious and check it out.
Then they will get sucked in and also want to participate in the next middah!
NY Mom, great idea!
xoxo: He does? Would you like to share that with us so we can all benefit?
Hey, everyone! It’s the day after Yom Kippur! How about we get this going? Who’s going to join in?
Thank you, Shtarkbocher! I was just about to give up on this thread. Anyone else?
And what do you want to work on? How about savlonus? I could use some more of that one.

We believe that everything that happens and all that Hashem does is Good. Sometimes its difficult to see it. I thought it would be nice to help each other find/ or try and understand the good in what we feel are stressful situations. It maybe simple like missing a delivery or fogetting to buy something when out shopping. It may be more difficult e.g losing a job or becoming ill. Let’s help each other find the good and recognise that all Hashem does for us is for our good.
Great point, esther.
Hey has anyone done what I suggested? About getting a notebook and writing a page every night of ‘Thank You Hashem…’?? I just wanted to say that I’m already on my second notebook and I B”H write it in every night before I go to bed. I love it.
Anyone? (Just bringing this back to the top of the page)
shaatra, wow! that sounds amazing! I will try to do it! you most prolly get so uplifted!! may hashem give you more good things to write down each day!
Apushetayid: Amen thanks! Yeah I do! Its such a great feeling.
Can we start this again??
I think it’s a great idea!
Maybe we can start by everyone trying to see how many nice things they can say to or about other posters in the CR and/or about other people and groups in Am Yisrael.
