And if so, then why not faces? Faces are far more attractive and looked at for pleasure than toe nails. Why, according to this halacha are faces not considered erva?

Shelack is a special polish they put on and then your hands go in this box where the polish hardens. Then it lasts for about two weeks and then you have to soak your nails in nail polish remover to take it off. some people say not so safe because of the UV.
i finally got black shatter at a beauty supply store in park slope….it looks so awesome with silver underneath….12 dollars tho is totally worth it for this and the other opis are only 5 and essie is only 4…i found my new favourite store!!!!

cshapiro, i had the black shatter done in elements on coney island ave. gold underneath. looked super.
most salons do not have the black shatter. a friend of mine picked up two bottles for me in jersey.

my boss and i went shopping together after work, she got like a sparkly pink to go under it, so cool!!!
my mother won’t let me get my nails done that often-actually verrry rarely. when i do i like sugar daddy,or gootchi mootchi pootchi is a little darker pink than that. it looks pretty if u just want to make them a little shiny and not a color so much.

at this nail supplies store on 4th avenue and 21th street in park slope….they have tons of colors and they have duri and opi too….but they only take cash unless ur making a really big purchase.

Omg one of my dreams is to paint my nails light blue. Unfortuanately, every time I work up the guts to do it, I cant find a good shade.. Dont wanna look dead.. cshap- if u ever go blue let me know what color u use..

Call me ultra-yeshivish if you want but at least in my circles its not considered tznius to have painted nails so if I do anything I wear clear on my fingers. On my toes I have all the fun in the world!
