Why dont you want to be joseph?
Catholics are especially fond of joseph. They even have a saying WWJD (what would joseph do) when confronted with a dillema.
This is my LAST request to have my SubTitle changed back. And If not I’M OUTTA HERE!
Just open a new account.
Use the name real brisker and see if they call you Joseph.
Joseph, the only real ACID TEST for us to find out whether or not you are who you claim to be would be :
“Is your father still alive”?

I really don’t know why they are ignoring you. However, as long as you realize that nobody here thinks you aren’t sincere, it shouldn”t really bother you. If you aren’t getting the treatment then the mods probably don’t think you are a him, either.
What bothered me was the fact that everyone took the word of the editor/moderator without a moment’s doubt, regardless of whether or not it matched. Someone even started a thread to analyze if the content of all the accused, match. I thought that would be a good thing, but of course nothing came of it other than long speeches from unquestioning folks. I was upset that people would attribute my content to a conniving scheme.
By the way, Joseph’s many screen names (that unthinkable sin) was forseen by Chazal: Kamma Yoseph Ikka Bashuka!

real brisker – i was getting ready to start a petition to get your name changed, but then i saw that the deed was already done (kind of).
i can just imagine what the cr will look like one day. 1/2 of the posters will have joseph under their screen names, and the other 1/2 will have some variation of not joseph, claims to not be joseph, etc.
why did the moderators even think you were joseph?

since my nom-de-plume has been mentioned, let me say i dont know if rb is joseph or not, i have no inside information, and i have not thought about the matter at all. i have never changed his subtitles, and do not intend to. whichever moderator has decided his subtitle, is the only one who will change it. i wish you the best rb
why would you mind changing it for him? you are usually very accommodating so why are you making him beg on hands and knees.
i am not making him beg. and i told you i cannot change it. the reason, i have already told you and i prefer not to elaborate. please dont take your frustration out on me.
you did not explain why you cant change it- just that you dont want to because you are not the one who changed it originally and you have no proof that he is ntot joseph. dont mean to be taking out my frustrations on you but you are just a good listening board and you have lots more knowledge that i do!

Jothar, it was spelled a little different higher up on the page.
The best way to avoid this is to have phone-verified sn’s. Nobody knows who you are the the owner can tell the mods to stop labeling everyone with the dirtiest CR epithet allowed by the mods.
If I HAVEN’T been accused of being J yet, does that mean that there’s something wrong with me? :S
It’s the CR version of Godwin’s law…any argument goes on long enough and you accuse your opponent of being a “Joseph”.
