There is also intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) for pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder associated with streptococcal infection (PANDAS).
But you need a top doctor to work with
There is a famous doctor in Boro Park who is top notch and affiliated with NYU
I don’t know if I can give out names on this blog

    The little I know

Yes they were these huge “pilgrimages”

The Beirach Moishe of Satmar spoke about the huge crowds etc when he went to the yortzeit of the Zanzer Rov together with his grandfather R Shulem Eliezer of Ratzfert. There are also pictures open things of the yortzeit in Zanz.
In Kalev ,where the Beer Menachem had there was a big yeshiva , and there were many talmidim who survived, including the Tosher Rebbe ztl (who brings it in his sefer) it was well known it was like lag bomber and all the Rabbonim and Rebbes were there definitely from the whole of Hungary but from other places as well.
The Divrei Yoel Spoke about it as well.
In Ziditchov it was said that a hundred thousand people came to the yortzeit. So even if only a 10th actually were there it’s still ten thousand people not just immediate family
In Ihel and Dinov Riminov it’s well-documented in the Seforim of the Rebbes who went there and brought down in many seforim.
So just because you heard from a few people who never traveled out of their little town that it was so doesn’t change the historical fact the same way for some reason you are trying to make as if just a few people went to the Rema.

    The little I know
“Has anyone heard the troves of stories of Chassidishe Rebbes of Europe going to kevarim of the Baal Shem Tov and the Magid of Mezrich? ”

It’s well known that tens of thousands went to the kekevorim of Sanz,Kalev,Ihel,Ziditchov,Lizensk and the Remah , just to mention a few,on the day of their yortzeits, before the war.

A little bit of dishwashing soap like Gila and light steel wool and warm water will do the trick

Even according to those who are mattir, everyone holds that its assur to soak in the water longer than it takes to do the actual tevillos.

As Neville correctly said they all wore some sort of head covering whether at home or at work with absolutely no exceptions. The goyim also had beards and some sort of headcovering.
Then around 100 years ago the alliance came followed by the zionists and modernized them or made them completely irreligious ,thats when they started to go bearheaded

So the word custom or minhag does not come into this.
The same way you can’t say that the custom or minhag of the teimanim is to shave and not to have beard or peyos, as we clearly see both in pictures and in real life that they all had a beard and peyos

First of all a custom or minhag is usually something done for a long time and instituted by a Rav or other Gadol. Not just because people became lax in observance.
Secondly if it was the minhag how come none of their Chachamim didnt go bearheaded?
The fact is that they all including Syrian Teimani Morrocan Jews wore a fez type of headcovering at home and at work, till the alliance schools came and robbed them of their religion ,and whatever yiddishkeit was left the zionists took away when they made aliya
I have in front of me the book Allepo by Chaham David Laniado with 100s of pictures of both chahamim and the regular hamon am all wearing headcoverings of some type

I never heard that probiotics should be a problem. Why not ask the pediatrician.
My daughter is going to take it at least 3 months. I dont see why you are not doing bloodwork. There may be many basic supplements missing like active folic acid and omega 3 (a good one) is always a good choice for everyone.
Ask about Ultra Calm from nutri supreme that I have started giving my kids. Its valerian root based and seems to wotk. But first get give the antibiotics a real good chance.
Of course food coloring and sugar, white flour are always recipes for hyper activity

Definitely sounds hundred percent like the symptoms of pandas.
my daughter also has it and seems like we have been to the same expert who really does know what she is talking about.
my daughter improved tremendously on the antibiotics
You also have to keep in mind what other medications a psychiatrist may have given your son and what effects they have had especially if you are weaning him off them they are also natural supplements you can give to come your son available in the health stores

I dont know all the halochos but isn’t this posuk the reason we say xmas and not use the name jc ?
And if yidden never said or wrote his name out but called him yoshke then there must have been good reason for it.

And for the person who mentioned not using Hitler’s name etc I know that there were many gedolim at that time who didn’t mention his name .One was R Aron of Belz and I think one of the readons were not to give “koiach”to the sitra acrah or something like that

The roots are very long 20 or 40 feet and can damage the foundations of a building so be careful where you plant them
Obviously they need lots of water being Arvei Nachal.
