AYC, are you filling in for the grammer police? If so I hope you will give me a break here and there because I’m sometimes clueless when it comes to spelling and grammer.
my thought on this topic,sleep verses meds/vitiams, verses natrual, is: if your boby could do it on it’s own,(and it could, everyone knows that) then go for it. but if the kid does not want to fall asleep or because it can’t or because it doesn’t want to, then there are other stuff to do, like have a chat with the child about the goodness and how important,going to sleep on time is or a talking tape(slow story with headphones.)or maybe a night light(b/c it’s scared of the pitch dark?)or maybe he/she needs to go to the rest room? and then, if all doesn’t work,i would recommend a (little one)patch at a time. b/c by then, the kid is testing you!!!! wow! what interesting ideas ppl have……..

the best solution, and yes it works you see results right away, no side affects.stay in the hall next to them, or sit outside the room with a chair,like this they are scared to come out, so they automatically fall asleep(what then should they do in a dark room and in one position?)no yelling, no screeming, and the best part, a quiet house quicker.good luck! and an “earlier good night”.

I traveled to NYC last week from Rockland. The way took me less time then it took me to get to the appropriate street, relize there is no parking, circled the block three times, all the while with people hunking and blocking the street while double parking, finaly I found a space a few blocks away but only for 20 minutes before I had to move the car due to alternet side parking.
When it was time to go back home oh was I happy to get the hell out of the city.
Then people wonder why NY’ers are rude? they are living under constent stress.

I heard that in BP there are IV stations availeble for people who have any condition which makes it hard for them to fast. You may want to check out if its an option for you to have a RN or Hatzolah member give you IV. (If its a jew who gives the IV then they have to put in a IV line before YK in a non emergency case).
