I heard the chafetz chaim wants to change their colored shirt policy to a white shirt only policy. Does anyone know if there is any truth do that?
optimus prime: The only reason for this mesorah is because color clothing wasnt so common then. So i think it is time for an update on this mesorah. There is no halacha of having to wear boring clothing. Maybe I will wear white oants and a black shirt tomorrow to yeshiva, that will really throw them off.
Derech-yea but you have to know it before the cop pulls you over.
If you get pulled over the officer normally asks what the officers name is, how you know him, and were he is a cop. Just to make sure you didn’t just get a card and that you are actually friendly with the officer.
I really think everyone should wear tye dye shirts, lets get some color in our lives. Looking at all the white and black during morning seder puts me right to sleep.
Health– I like that you gave him benefit of the doubt, but I saw the clip and shes is aspiring to be a regular non- tznius model and he said that there is nothing wrong with that.
Rabbi Shmuely Boteach was on the show to “defend” the orthodox commuity. The former hassid is now a model, and he said that there is nothing wrong doing that within the jewish community. WHAT?!?!
