  1. BDE. What a contagious smile! He truly loved every single yid that walked into his Mikdash Me’at. It didn’t matter who you were or what you were. Oy! Who can replace such a lofty neshama! Will be sorely missed!

  2. The Rosh Yeshiva ZTKLLH’H was unbelievable; Such a huge Ba’al Chessed; Such Mystifying Divrei Torah; Great Ba’al Tefilah; He leaves behind an incredible legacy:- His Yeshiva which despite now being a Minyan factory, was once upon a time, an enclave where numerous fellows got molded to religious life, so lovingly and unstintingly; as well as leaving behind a wonderful Rebbetzen and children and family. We shall continue to revere his teachings and memory as long as we live.

  3. I was most fortunate to be the beneficiary of his unconditional friendship and listening to his singing
when he was a bais medrash bochur in the Philadelphia Yeshiva [early 60’s]. Truly a Tzadik Nister! BDE.

  4. Rabbi Rosenblatt, ZTL, taught his students to be thoughtful and analytical in ALL facets of Torah. He excuded care, warmth and goodness in ALL aspects of life. Pshat, chessed, emmess, sensitivity, da’as Torah — the “real realities” of life – were the things he strove to imbue within us. A great great man who cared, who helped changed people’s lives. Together with his esteemed Rebbitzen, YLC, they formed a dynamic duo, catalysts of insight, change and growth. “Old school” values meshed with understanding of “new school” realities which impact our generation. Rebbe, you will be missed beyond description. Thank you for ALL that you did for me, for my family. You cared, you never stopped caring, your shmuessin and role modeling inspired, and continue to inspire, me and ALL your talmidim and mispallelim. Please be a meilitz yosher for us, we need it now more than ever.
