We regret to inform you of the passing of Rabbi Joseph Grunblatt a”h of Forest Hills, father of Harav Akiva Grunblatt shlita, Rosh Yeshiva of the Rabbinical Seminary of America – Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim.

He was a Talmid of Rav Reuven Grozovsky at Yeshiva Torah Vadaas, and served as a Rov in Montreal before moving to Forest Hills, Queens. Was was the Rov of the Queens Jewish Center for close to 30 years. He was also Professor of Jewish History at Touro College.

The levaya will take Sunday morning Nov. 24th at 11:00AM, at the Queens Jewish Center, 66-05 108th street in Forest Hills NY.
