Baruch Dayan HaEmmes: HaGaon HaRav Chai Yoram Abarjil ZTL, 58, was niftar over Shabbos. The rav, who was the leader of the Netivot chareidi tzibur, was hospitalized during recent weeks as his condition continued to deteriorate.
The levaya will take place on motzei Shabbos at 22:30. Negev Police District Commander Amnon Alkalai reports a large number of police will be on hand to provide security.
The levaya will begin at the ravs beis medrash at 1 Ben Ish Chai Street in Netivot.
