A person was injured in an ATV accident in the Catskills on Sunday afternoon.
Catskills Hatzolah was on the scene in Luxor Estates in Loch Sheldrake at around 3:20PM, after receiving multiple reports about an ATV accident.
Thankfully, the victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries, and a Medevac was not needed to airlift the victim. The victim was being transported by ambulance.
This is the second ATV accident in the Catskills on Sunday. The first one was in Waverley Gardens at around 1:30AM, when a father giving a ride to his two children overturned. A 12-year-old child was airlifted to Westchester Trauma Center, while the father was taken by ambulance to the same Trauma Center. Another child was taken to Catskill Regional Medical Center in stable condition.
