Where Will You Be On January 1?

Everywhere you go, people are gearing up for The Siyum. It’s on our minds, the topic of our conversations, and in our newsfeeds. Ok, maybe it’s in our newsfeeds a little too much, sorry. What will the weather be like? Who cares about the weather? Who will be speaking? Who will be singing? I can’t wait to dance!

Why? Simple. There is nothing more monumental and exciting than more than 100,000 yidden gathering together to celebrate Torah together with millions more around the world. The Siyum will be the most memorable and exciting yet, with historic numbers of participants from all over the world.

But, there is one question that remains. Where will you be on January 1?

With well over 90% of seats reserved at MetLife Stadium and thousands more already booked at Barclays, you do not want to wait any longer. MetLife seat reservations went faster than ever expected, with the more than 50% of the stadium’s seats priced under $100 selling out weeks ago. In response to the unparalleled excitement and demand, The Agudah, together with leading askanim secured The Barclays Center as a second venue and ensured that all seats will be priced at only $36 and $54 so that everyone who would like, can attend The Siyum.

Barclays Center will be connected with the program at MetLife and for much of the time, Barclays will feature it’s own parallel program live, including live music at Barclays, tefillos, and selected speeches.

On January 1, whether you will be at MetLife or at Barclays, you will not only be at The Siyum you will be a part of Klal Yisrael. This is your chance to take your seat in history, at the greatest, most historic event, the largest, most widespread Siyum HaShas to date – The Siyum.

  1. Presumably, the “A List” rabbonim will be at the MetLife location but perhaps one or two of the more elderly rabbonim will “volunteer” to appear at the Iindoor and heated) Barclay’s Center. The website doesn’t yet provide a schedule or listing of speakers.
