The White House and surrounding areas will reportedly go into lockdown mode Monday as the country braces for election day. Many Americans fear unrest and violence in the days following, as the result may take days or even weeks to hash out.
Federal officials are scheduled to build a “non-scalable” fence around The White House and surrounding areas, NBC News’ Geoff Bennett reported Sunday night.
In addition, 250 members of the national guard will be ready to assist if needed, Bennett said.
The White House on lockdown: A federal law enforcement source tells NBC that beginning tomorrow, crews will build a “non-scalable” fence to secure the WH complex, Ellipse and Lafayette Square.
250 National Guardsmen have been put on standby, reporting to Metro Police officials.

The only person causing unrest is Trump. He said he will declare himself the winner before the ballots are counted. He will do like his friend Putin or any of his other dictator buddies.
Hopefully, the National Guardsmen will have clear unambiguous instructions to shoot with live ammunition if needed to halt the anarchists.
Was there ever such a thing in history that they had to build fences/put the area around the White House in lockdown? it just shows the division in America which I don’t think was 4 years ago,

The GOP won’t tell their supporters to riot in front of the White House if that dirty, dumb White Liberal and Slave-Owning Black/Indian Woman win the election. However, Leftists will riot their way into power because they are influenced by ideas that come from AntiFA and Soros.

Waht a bunch of nareshkeit…..especially “Jeruselam Observer”. The 250 members of the National Guard are locals from the D.C. area and will be handling traffic enforcement near the Capital and up 16th Street to DuPont Circle. Some will also be assigned to protect the national monuments on the mall against any vandalism. They will be under the direction of the D. C. police commissioner. No “shooting”, no live ammunition (although the D.C. cops just spent about $200,000 on additional tear gas ).
The temporary chain link fence going up today is the same that they used several months ago when the Trumkopf took his famous walk across Lafayette Park so he could do a photo op in front of St. Johns Church holding the bible upside down. That photo shows up in many of his campaign ads reminding white evangelicals that he is “God’s Choice”. What is funny is that Trump just finished spending a fortune increasing the height of the permanent black iron fence around the WH complex to 12 feet. I guess its about as effective as the “wall” on the Mexican border.
The dems will riot either way because this is the education they get.
