A second Chabad shaliach was murdered in the terror attack that took place today at a Chabad Chanukah event in Sydney, Australia.

Rabbi Yaakov HaLevi Levitin HY”D, was killed in the attack. Rabbi Levitin served with dedication alongside Rabbi Michoel Gurarie, and was widely known for his extensive work on behalf of the local Jewish community.
