The U.S. military said they have received a report saying a U.S. soldier shot and killed four other U.S. soldiers at a base in Baghdad, CBS News reports.
The report states it’s unclear if the shooter also killed himself.
CNN quotes a senior defense official, and reports that five US soldiers have died.
The toll was the highest for U.S. personnel in a single attack since April 10, when a suicide truck driver killed five American soldiers with a blast near a police headquarters in the northern city of Mosul.

the news updates say 5 people were killed at camp liberty, two others injured and that the shooter who injured himself is alive and in custody.
and #1, the thing we know for certain (and the only thing that matters) is that all of them were Americans in the american military.
