Prior to the Jerusalem District Court announcing the verdict in a number of criminal cases against former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert earlier this week, Shas leader R� Eli Yishai telephoned Olmert to tell him that Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef Shlita was davening for him.
