Tel Aviv Police Prevent Another Mask Attack


A Tel Aviv district police spokesman announced that during the predawn hours of Tuesday, 20 Tishrei, at about 3:00am on Moshe Dayan Street, police stopped a a 21-year-old male on a motorized scooter for inspection, only to find a mask in his possession, the type being used by youths latterly who carry out intimidation attacks.

He told police he was heading to scare his girlfriend who was supposed to be in an area sukka at the time. The young man was detained and police explained the problems with such actions and he was released with restrictions, told if he persists using the mask it may lead to criminal actions against him.
