A bit less than a year has passed since the 24 Elul 57712 (September 23, 2001) rock-throwing attack near Kiryat Arba that claimed the lives of Asher Pamer HY�D, 25, and his infant son Yonatan HY�D, Arabs in the Hebron area on Tuesday 10 Elul 5772 reported that three vehicles were set ablaze near Halhoul, north of Hebron. Graffiti was found near the torched vehicles �Regards from Asher Pamer�, leading them to believe the arson was a revenge attack to mark the first yahrzeit.

According to the Kol HaYehudi report, Israel Police and the IDF are investigating the arson.
