Alan Schwartz, International Director Of Sales Of Jerusalem Estates, In US To Open Sales For New Phase Of Historic New Project At Schneller Compound

Alan Schwartz, a veteran and seasoned sales executive for many of Israel’s best known housing developments, is in the US until November 11 th to launch the sales of a new phase of “the historic new residential development of Jerusalem Estates.” The acceleration of the next phase was approved after the majority of the first phase, some $70 million of property, were sold. Construction of the development is well ahead of schedule as the residential floors continue to rise for the initial four buildings (out of 13), named after some of the images on ancient coins from the period after the destruction of the Bais Hamikdash. Some of the nation’s foremost construction and design experts were part of the planning and design of the residential development in the 150-year old historic Schneller Compound. The architect is Yehuda Feigin, a world class professional whose signature projects include Jerusalem’s Waldorf Astoria.

In addition to being located in Geulah, one of the city’s most celebrated neighborhoods, JerusalemEstates is the first completely guarded and gated community in Yerushalayim.
