A bus driver in his 60s was rushed to the hospital in critical condition Tuesday after suddenly collapsing and losing consciousness while driving in Jerusalem.

Emergency responders from MDA were dispatched to the Golda Meir Boulevard–Ramot Junction following reports of a man who had collapsed aboard a bus.

The driver was transported by an MDA intensive care ambulance to Shaare Zedek Medical Center while CPR efforts continued. He was listed in critical condition.
