Government Officials Visit Chevrah Hatzolah


A series of elected and government officials recently visited Chevrah Hatzolah at their headquarters. The purpose of these visits was to discuss ongoing relevant issues as it pertains to Hatzolah and its mission of saving lives each and every day across greater NYC.

The meetings also allowed for Hatzolah to explain in detail the scope of its reach into the various communities it serves thereby allowing the officials to gaining a deeper understanding of Hatzolah’s reach into various communities across NYC and beyond and also to demonstrate in real time how Hatzolah’s dispatch center operates and functions when an emergency arises.

“On behalf of Chevrah Hatzolah, I would like to express my appreciation to: ( in alphabetical order) NYC Deputy Mayor for Operations Laura Anglin; Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.; Councilmember Chaim Deutsch; NYC Public Advocate and NYS Attorney General-Elect Tish James; Queens Borough President Melinda Katz; NYC Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson; Comptroller Scott Stringer; Councilmember Jumanne Williams; Councilmember Kalman Yeger for their ongoing interest and commitment in furthering Hatzolah’s ability to provide its vital service to the community.

‘We are grateful for the opportunity to have developed an even closer working relationship with each official in their government capacity thus ensuring Hatzolah’s capabilities to continue providing its vital service to the community” said Isaac Stern a member of Hatzolah’s Board of Directors.
