On the yahrzeit of Aaron HaKohen, Rosh Chodesh Av, many Israelis made their way to be mispallel at the kever in Jordan.
One person collapsed during the night, part of a group staying in a hotel near Petra to make their way to the kever on Monday. The victim was resuscitated by an Ichud Hatzalah EMT accompanying the group along with Jordanian EMS responders. The victim was transported to a local hospital and later on Monday, 1 Av 5773; he was transported to an Israeli hospital with the assistance of MDA and Zaka.
