MDA Chief of Operations Eli Bin was hosted by leading rabbonim shlita in Modi�in Illit. The meeting was held in the home of the Mora D�asra Rabbi Meir Kessler Shlita, attended by Eli Bin and representatives of Hatzalah Modi�in Illit and with the Deputy Mayor Rabbi Yaakov Wallenstein.

Rabbi Kessler thanked them for their life-saving work in the city and their willingness to incorporate piskei Halacha of the rabbonim in their work.
