Israel Radio reports that there were more than 80,000 mispallalim at the Kosel taking part in the annual Birchas Kohanim, on Sunday morning the third day of chol hamoed Sukkos 5774. There were two sessions in line with minhag, for shachris and mincha.

Israeli Police were out in large numbers; including the many visible units as well as undercover police personnel to prevent any violence during the Yomtov event. Baruch Hashem the tefilos were uneventful from a security point of view.

There were also hundreds of Ichud Hatzalah and MDA stationed at the massive event.
